Privacy Policy

Last updated 26 August 2026

This policy explains what personal data ZeroSeven Labs collects when you use PulseSeven, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what choices you have.

1. Data we collect

  • Account data — name, email address, password credentials, profile picture, workspace name, role and theme preference.
  • Workspace and campaign data — campaigns, budgets, creator rosters, tracked posts, notes and reports you or your team create.
  • Creator information — public profile details and public post metrics (handle, follower count, views, likes, comments) gathered from public sources when you track a creator or run a scouting search.
  • Billing data — plan, seat count, subscription and trial status. Card details are handled by our payment provider, not stored by us.
  • Technical data — sign-in events, device and browser information, and error or performance logs needed to run and secure the service.

2. Why we use it

  • to create your account and run your workspace (performance of our contract with you);
  • to generate dashboards, leaderboards, AI summaries, coaching tips and reports;
  • to take payment, manage seats and administer trials;
  • to keep the platform secure, prevent abuse and debug problems (legitimate interests);
  • to send service messages such as invitations, billing notices and important product changes;
  • to produce aggregated, de-identified market benchmarks that never identify a person or campaign.

3. Creator data

Creator metrics come from publicly available profiles and posts. We use them only to measure campaigns our customers are running and to suggest relevant creators. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not collect private messages or non-public content. A creator can ask us to remove their data from our scouting index using the contact address below.

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with processors who help us run PulseSeven — cloud hosting and database, email delivery, payment processing, public-data collection providers, and AI model providers used to generate summaries and tips. They act on our instructions and may not use your data for their own purposes. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose data where legally required.

5. Where data is stored

Data is stored with our cloud infrastructure provider and may be processed in other countries. Where data leaves your region, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.

6. How long we keep it

Workspace and campaign data is kept while your workspace is active. Deleting your workspace removes it, apart from backups that expire on a rolling schedule and records we must retain for accounting or legal reasons. Aggregated benchmark statistics that no longer identify anyone may be kept indefinitely.

7. Security

Access to workspace data is enforced at the database level, so members can only read the campaigns and clients their role allows. Traffic is encrypted in transit, secrets are stored server-side, and administrative keys are never exposed to the browser.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, a copy in a portable format, restriction of processing, or object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can edit most of your details yourself under Settings. To exercise other rights, contact us — you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

9. Children

PulseSeven is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

10. Changes and contact
