Terms & Conditions

PulseSeven is a subscription platform for tracking influencer campaigns: performance dashboards, creator rosters, leaderboards, creator scouting, AI-generated summaries and coaching tips, and client-ready reports. We may add, change or retire features as the product evolves.

• You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure.
• A workspace owner or admin controls who is invited, what role each member holds, and what campaign data members can see.
• You are responsible for all activity carried out under your account and by members you invite.
• You must be at least 18 years old, or have authority to accept these terms for an organisation.

New workspaces start with a 14-day free trial. No payment is required to begin the trial. When the trial ends, paid features stay locked until a subscription is activated. We may change trial length or eligibility for future workspaces.

• Subscriptions are billed per seat. A seat is one member with access to a workspace.
• Adding seats increases the amount due; removing seats reduces it from the next billing period.
• Fees are stated exclusive of any applicable taxes unless shown otherwise.
• You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future charges and access to paid features at the end of the current period; amounts already paid are non-refundable unless required by law.

You keep ownership of the campaign data, creator lists, brand assets and other content you upload. You grant us the licence needed to host, process and display that content so we can provide the service, including generating reports, benchmarks and AI summaries inside your workspace.

We may use aggregated, de-identified statistics derived from platform usage and campaign performance to produce market benchmarks. These never identify you, your clients or an individual campaign.

You agree not to:

• break the law, infringe someone else's rights, or upload content you have no right to use;
• attempt to access other workspaces, bypass access controls, or probe our infrastructure;
• resell, scrape or systematically extract the platform's data outside the features we provide;
• use the service to harass creators or to publish misleading performance claims.

Some metrics and creator information are collected from public sources and third-party providers. Social platforms change how they report numbers, so figures may be delayed, incomplete or restated. AI summaries, scouting suggestions and coaching tips are automated assistance, not professional advice — review them before acting on them or sharing them with a client.

We work to keep PulseSeven available and secure, but the service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Planned maintenance and dependency outages can interrupt access.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

You may stop using PulseSeven and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or end access if these terms are breached, if payment fails, or if use of the service creates legal or security risk.

We may update these terms as the product or the law changes. Material changes will be communicated in-product or by email before they take effect. Continued use after that means you accept the updated terms.
